June 2008

Finally the day arrived and everything went beautifully. Even the weather!

Amy and Andrew, thank you for giving me the job of capturing the start of your new life together. All of you, your families and friends are so special, loving and fun. I could see that you will have the love and support of a very large, amazing family. I wish you both the very best in your new life together. You all ‘moved’ me yesterday – with the love I saw and felt.

Here are some highlights -

Engagements in the Park

by Kim Bova on June 9, 2008

I love doing engagement sessions!

Here are my friends Dori and Adam, who met me at
Wickham Park on Sunday morning for a casual stroll.
They are getting ready to be married in early July!

These guys were so cool.. would you believe it was 90 degrees at 10 in the morning?

Thanks guys for waiting for my cold lens to de-fog. (I took my 80-200mm out of my bag and it hit the hot humid air and fogged over for 15 minutes!)

As the heat kept rising…94 degrees now… Cynthia and Chris joined me for more photos at noon! My gear had warmed up now, but I was wilting. However, spending time with these folks was a joy!

They were good sports, they even sat in the wet grass!

I look forward to their August wedding! Rolls Royce and all!
