Family Portrait for 2011

by Kim Bova on December 28, 2011

Here it is!  The official Bova/Kaminsky family portrait.  Every year we try to make a portrait of the family.  This year when we had the time, we had no one else around to actually take the picture.  So, we set out into the orchard behind our property with tripod, camera, some stands for off camera flash and set it up.  We had a lot of fun in the process and I got plenty of exercise running back and forth to beat out the self-timer function on my camera!  Actually, it did wonders for my hair!  This one we liked the best and I share it with you.  Pretty soon it will be a 20×30 metal or canvas print for our living room wall!

Spring is in the air and it is time to think about portraits for Mother’s Day (May 8th), or Father’s Day (June 19th)!!   I am offering special sessions in the studio that are short & sweet for those who want beautiful portraits of yourselves or family; just the kids or a pet!

I call these ‘Mini-sessions’, which last 20 minutes; you will receive one 5×7 color or black and white print of your favorite image for $49!! (reprints available for extra fee) This is a great value for an in-studio portrait session! If you have not yet experienced one of Kim’s sessions; desire a personal & unique gift for mom or dad; or just because you’ve been putting a portrait on the back burner – this offer is for YOU!

However, it is for a limited time only! Please call this week, or anytime before April 20th! Mother’s day portraits need to be created by April 29th in order to deliver by Mothers Day! Gift Certificates are available upon request.  Please call or email.

**Attention: VIP clients, you should have received your special email notice about special perks just for you this month! Let me know if you need me to forward it to you again.  Thank you!

Here is a sample of one of my sessions from this winter… we had a great time!

Family Portraits

by Kim Bova on December 27, 2010

This time of year is wonderful for families to make professional portraits when everyone is gathered together.  Here is a family that I photographed on Christmas Eve.  Each year they take their own photograph of the family but this year decided to have professional portraits created right in their home!  Here is a preview of the session.  Thank you, Martinsons, for choosing me to create these portraits for you all!
