Welcome to my fine art website! 

My photography is focused on the beauty and magic of the world around me. I live in New England and benefit from four glorious seasons to create my work. You'll see a mix of seductive spring flowers, landscapes of CT and beyond and still life collages which reflect my love for dogs and advocacy for our precious birds. 

Initially trained as a concert pianist, both music and photography has inspired me to find meaning and beauty in the world. Art photography has taken on the emotion that I found so satisfying in my musical life, though I did not make that connection until recently.  This connection of emotion in art inspires me. Techniques

I have been using a Nikon D4s 35mm camera, for all my work.  I recently upgraded to the Nikon Z7ii Mirrorless camera and lenses.  I use Lightroom and Photoshop for post my production.  

career highlights

I've been running a Wedding & Portrait Studio for the past 20 years. I am subtracting the weddings from the mix, (keeping natural light portraits) which leaves more space to create personal artwork. It's very exciting for me to explore fine art photography.
